PRIME MIST is the second essential cleansing element that regulates skin barrier function. Skin barrier regeneration and antimicrobial response are directly linked to the acidic pH of the skin surface.

Inflammatory skin conditions, dryness, accelerated ageing and itching are associated with elevated skin pH. These concerns can be significantly improved through topical use of the acidifying PRIME MIST. The formula is based on two polyhydroxy acids: lactobionic acid and gluconolactone, which have a very high ability to absorb moisture from the environment and therefore intensely hydrate the skin. Topically applied PHAs strengthen epidermal barrier function and support cellular renewal. The mist is also enriched with niacinamide, which has soothing and sebum-regulating properties.
