Complaints

In the case of complaints concerning product damage, shipment damage, a product issue or a discrepancy between the shipment contents and the invoice, the following steps are available:
Complete the complaint form and send it to customer@proxn.eu attaching a photo or video showing the defective product and a copy of the purchase invoice or receipt. complaint form
Print and complete the complaint form, then send it by post or courier together with the defective product to:

When returning a product, please include all accessories, the full packaging and a copy of the purchase invoice or receipt. The external packaging should be marked "COMPLAINT".
  • A discrepancy between the shipment contents and the invoice may be reported within 3 days of delivery.

  • In case of shipment damage, a damage report completed with the courier must be provided.
  • Thank you for your cooperation and we apologise for any inconvenience.
