In the case of complaints concerning product damage, shipment damage, a product issue or a discrepancy between the shipment contents and the invoice, the following steps are available:

Complete the complaint form and send it to
customer@proxn.eu attaching a photo or video showing the defective product and a copy of the purchase invoice or receipt.

Print and complete the
complaint form, then send it by post or courier together with the defective product to:

When returning a product, please include all accessories, the full packaging and a copy of the purchase invoice or receipt. The external packaging should be marked "COMPLAINT".
